Coaches reflection

It has been an honor for me to witness my peers grow as they engage in life changing activities. Below is a an account of how one of the coaches of Dangerous Darkies experiences his responsibilities.


Kids’ progress so far

Although I have encounted few challenges in the beginning at first I didn’t know where to start with the kids. But ever since the kids are very amazing and I have learned a lot from them because they are always on time, they are very enthusiastic and energetic.

I have created a very big bond with these kids. I have seen these kids improve immensely their few names that I will like to mention first, Thato, this boy is born a leader, he always tries to get the spirit to the team high and he is very energetic meanwhile Lotto is a guy who always starts the trouble in the team but all in all he is a good boy because he is a good listener.

Then there is Jaster, this boy’s energy is unbelievable. He is not the most gifted soccer player but he’s got the desire to learn. He never complains or questions the coach; he always follows the instructions exactly the way you told him.

How can I forget Lethabo and Bulelani the only thing I can say about these boys is wow. These two boys are the most gifted boys in the team and the only thing missing from them is tachical awareness otherwise they are perfect.

I like these boys they are like my second family. Wow! All of them are amazing; if I were to tell the whole story I would spend the whole day and night or week.
